Refund & Payment Policy

DSI offers no refunds for membership subscriptions, nor for other service fees paid. In addition, memberships are non-transferable. Dental Specialist Info (DSI) reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.

Membership renewals and all applicable dues are processed automatically on the date of expiration per the terms of agreement, however, term fees will be based on current year membership dues unless member cancels membership 30 days prior to expiration date.To cancel the automatic membership renewal, please contact DSI directly. Results & Service Guarantee

DSI will generate $2 in value for every $1 spent on membership the first year or your next year's membership is FREE. Results are evaluated 10 months after the membership effective date. Results are only based on revenue opportunities generated by referrals from DSI website. DSI will not guarantee actual revenue. DSI is not responsible for any agreement or contract between members and referred individuals.  All requests for additional FREE year membership must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days prior to membership renewal date. Although Dental Specialist Info undertakes reasonable efforts to keep information in this directory accurate, the information is not guaranteed, and no responsibility is assumed for errors and omissions. DSI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose of the information contained in the directory; nor does DSI in any way endorse the individuals or practices described in the directory for the services they may provide.

DSI is unable to verify whether a dentist described in the directory as a "specialist" limits his or her practice to that specialty or if indeed that dentist is recognized by the American Dental Association as a specialist.
