Full-time Transition Coordinator

California Practice Sales is hiring for a Loan Transition Coordinator:

Prerequisites for Transition Coordinator:

-Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong computer skills (Excel or Numbers & Word or Pages)
-Strong ability to multi-task essential and required
-Experience in running meetings & negotiating issues
-Experience in banking specific to financing or underwriting
-Experience in real estate (CA License a plus)
-Experience in sales (specifics to real estate a plus)
-Experience in or with escrow services

Responsibilities – After an offer is made, for the purchase of a dental practice, you will:

-Monitor the transactional process and work closely with the Buyer & Seller to facilitate the closing of the transaction

-Assist Buyers submitting applications and documentation to lenders, insurance companies and a variety of resources, to finalize the purchase

-Interface with landlords and property managers to assist Buyers with obtaining new leases or lease assignments

-Order and review UCC searches to ensure the dental practice is lien free and confirm, if any existing liens will be paid from the sale proceeds

-Coordinate closings and interact with, but not limited too, the CPS brokers, clients, attorneys, lenders, insurance agents, occasional independent escrows and any other parties necessary to the closing
